He pointed out that there are congenital blue water that affects newborns as a result of either the marriage of relatives, which is the most important factor or the presence of diseases affecting the mother and fetus during pregnancy or to take some drugs prohibited during pregnancy.
He added: This type spreads in societies where there are frequent marriages, and is characterized by large size of the eye, and the presence of opacity transparent cornea, and the tendency of eye color to blue, which may be interpreted by mothers to the extent of beauty and not patients, delaying the treatment of the child.
He explained that this type is characterized by resistance to drug therapy and that surgical treatment is the only way.
